How much camera history is retained?

Will I receive camera alerts?
Yes. Useful activity alerts can be configured, and wifiOne monitors camera and storage availability so faults can be identified quickly.
How can I add and remove access cards and pin codes, or view access logs?
We will provide cloud accounts and training for key staff to manage cards, pins and view access across all doors and sites
Can you install a wave to exit/touchless sensor to reduce bacteria spread?
Yes, we install touchless exit sensors by default
Can I choose between an in-frame door strike or electromagnetic lock?
Yes, we install more secure door strikes by default, but can install an electromagnetic lock if preferred
Can I upgrade an existing site with your cloud-managed solution?
Yes absolutely
What happens during a power outage?
We recommend fail-secure door strikes on external doors with an emergency egress override, and fail-open door strikes or electromagnetic locks on internal doors
Can I use existing RFID cards?
Yes, this is supported

It is designed and manufactured with IK07 and IP55 certification to rigorous standards in Europe, suitable for external doors and allows 2 factor or time-based authentication for maximum security
